V851s is a high-performance, low-power SoC for intelligent 5M IPC products, integrates multiple computing units including Single-Core Arm® Cortex®-A7 CPU, RISC-V MCU, 0.5Tops NPU, with codec engine and high-performance ISP image processor. With built-in DDR memory and extensive peripheral interfaces, it can be widely used in IPC(IP Camera) products. V851s
